This clock began as an exploration of movement, shadow, and material honesty.
The Intersect Clock pairs a matte black square face with overlapping geometric frames made from copper and iron. The outer structure floats beyond the clock face, creating depth, layered shadows, and a sense of motion that changes throughout the day as light shifts across the wall.
Each metal frame is intentionally imperfect—showing natural oxidation, subtle patina, and heat variation. Copper warms over time, iron darkens and softens. No two clocks age the same, and that’s part of the design.
Rather than traditional numerals, time is suggested through proportion and balance. The hands cut cleanly across the face, framed by the intersecting metal geometry, making this as much a sculptural wall piece as it is a functional clock.
Designed and made by us in small batches, this clock sits comfortably between art and object—quietly bold, architectural, and intentionally minimal.
