I create for the joy of making something beautiful with my own hands. I love to paint happy, pleasing scenes, and my favorites might place one human dwelling into nature’s wild expanse. Everyone is an artist!
Joyce Anderson grew up in Maine and graduated from Greely HS, Colby College (BA in French and in Art), and Tufts University. Since retiring from her French language teaching career in the Boston area, she enjoys renovating and watercolor painting in Phippsburg, Maine. Her favorite works include Maine landscapes and florals. Joyce and her husband Kevin have two adult children.
